John’s program is based on something called “biochemical penis enlargement,” which focuses on getting nutrient rich blood and oxygen to interact with and reactivate receptors in the penis that went dormant after puberty.
John’s guide also incorporates exercise techniques, but what separates his method from many others is that most all-natural penis guides focus on exercises alone, but as John points out, exercise alone leaves out a vital component that could end up doing more harm than good.
John’s guide emphasizes the importance of giving the spongy tissue in your penis the opportunity to recover and allow for regrowth. This allows for nutrient rich blood and oxygen to flood the corpora cavernosa and sustain long-term growth.

Pretty interesting stuff actually, but let’s get down to what you get with this guide…

It also includes techniques on how to last longer in bed and how to make a woman orgasm, which in my opinion is a very nice compliment to the main guide.
Along with the main guide are two bonus guides. The first bonus is entitled the Ultimate Penis Exercise Guide and it works as a good supplement to main guide because it includes pictures that you can follow on how to properly perform the growth exercises.
The second is a guide entitled What Not to Do Better Sex Guide, which is designed to walk you through how to please a woman and what common mistakes many less experienced men usually make in bed that women hate. I like this because it shows that John’s program includes ALL aspects of how to improve your sexual health and well-being.
Finally, members gain access to John’s personal email address so he can answer your questions, which I found to be a great feature, because obviously questions will arise during the course of treatment and I was just impressed that John makes himself available for ongoing consultation.
As I mentioned, I like that the guide is based on all-natural techniques and is based on proven scientific research. I’m always wary of pharmaceuticals or “supplements” because you never really know what’s in them and how they may negatively impact your body. I also liked that it includes techniques on how to improve stamina and technique in the bedroom.
This is a major source of anxiety for a lot of guys and it’s nice to see this one takes a holistic approach to improving sexual health and well- being. Finally, the fact that John makes himself available for ongoing support is just flat out impressive and sets this guide apart from the rest.
I suppose a downside would be that this doesn’t work overnight. As John explains, it takes about two months on average to see noticeable growth. So, if you’re looking for a miracle cure to work in a couple of days, this isn’t it. Quite frankly, I don’t think that exists anywhere so this is a wholly unrealistic expectation anyway.
The way I look at it, if you’ve got a small penis and you’re looking to enlarge it, two months is nothing. After all, you’ve been living with your small penis for your whole life, so another two months isn’t going to make a difference.
Okay, so my opinion on this is I think Collins makes a compelling case for his guide being the best on the market. Not only are the techniques designed to be simple and effective, but it comes with some great bonus material as well.
